BBQ Glaze

Great for chicken, pork or beef!

INGREDIENTS:

4 tbsp GravyMaster®

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp ketchup

2 tbsp minced garlic

2 tbsp butter

1 tsp garlic Season

Meat of choice

Great brush-on for chicken or pork on the grill.

Touch of Brew BBQ Sauce

    PREP TIME:

    TOTAL TIME:
    20 MINUTES
    SERVINGS:

    INGREDIENTS:

    ¼ cup Onion, chopped

    2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

    1 cup Beer

    ½ cup Soy Sauce

    ¼ cup Brown Mustard

    2 tbsp GravyMaster®

    2 tbsp Sugar

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    Step 1: In a 3-quart saucepan, sauté onion in oil until tender.

    Step 2: Add beer and boil until mixture is reduced by half.

    Step 3: Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 minutes, stirring frequently. (If sauce is too thick, add some more beer or water.)
